Credit Suisse plans trigger jump securities linked to iShares MSCI EM

Chicago, Dec. 27 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% trigger jump securities due Aug. 3, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will equal par of $10 plus the upside payment of 21.25%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will be exposed to any loses if the fund finishes below the 90% knock-in level.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management handling distribution.
The notes will price on Jan. 13 and settle on Jan. 19.
The Cusip number is 22549A166.
