New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $1.26 million of digital buffered notes on Russell

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 3 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch, priced $1.26 million of 0% digital buffered notes due April 30, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is greater than or equal to its initial level, or declines by up to 20%, the payout will be par plus 18%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
