Credit Suisse plans Bares due 2021 with 25% buffer linked to S&P 500

Knoxville, Tenn., June 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% Buffered Accelerated Return Equity Securities due June 29, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 117% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 25% and lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 25%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22548QAX3) will price on June 22 and settle on June 29.
