By Susanna Moon
Chicago, May 23 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 4.7% to 5.2% yield notes due June 3, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable quarterly, with the exact rate to be set at pricing.
The payout at maturity will be par unless either index closes below its 55% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the worse performing index.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on May 27 and settle on June 2.
The Cusip number is 22548Q7C3.
