Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index

Columbus, Ohio, March 16 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% 18- to 21- month digital buffered S&P 500 index-linked notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level or falls by up to 15%, the payout at maturity will be the maximum settlement amount of between $1,090 and $1,105 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact maximum will be set at pricing.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.176470588% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on March 24.

The Cusip number is 22546VZ41.
