Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to Russell 2000

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 26 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due May 27, 2019 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is at least 80% of the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $1,000 plus the fixed payment percentage, which is expected to be 17% to 20% and will be set at pricing.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 20%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price Nov. 25 and settle Nov. 30.
The Cusip number is 22546VPF7.
