Credit Suisse plans leveraged buffered notes linked to S&P 500

Chicago, Oct. 14 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will mature between 21 and 24 months after pricing.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.4 times any index gain, up to maximum settlement amount of $1,214.20 to $1,252.00 for each $1,000 principal amount.
Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1428% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes will price on Oct. 15.
The Cusip number is 22546VNU6.
