New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $5.45 million leveraged notes on MSCI EAFE

San Luis Obispo, Calif., June 22 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $5.45 million of 0% leveraged notes due Dec. 22, 2016 linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus double any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,205 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
