Credit Suisse plans leveraged notes linked to MSCI EAFE index

Madison, Wis., June 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will mature between 18 and 21 months after pricing.

The payout at maturity will be par plus two times any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,184 to $1,216 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will share in any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on June 18.

The Cusip number is 22546VFF8.
