New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.51 million contingent coupon yield notes on Russell 2000

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 26 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.51 million of contingent coupon yield notes due Feb. 28, 2020 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarter coupon at an annual rate of 6.5% if the index closes at or above its barrier level, 70% of the initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the index finishes at or below its 70% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the decline in the index.
