Credit Suisse plans leveraged buffered notes linked to MSCI EAFE

Madison, Wis., Feb. 20 - Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% leveraged buffered notes linked to the MSCI EAFE index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The term is expected to be 18 to 21 months.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 1.3 times any index gain, subject to a maximum settlement amount of $1,169 to $1,208 per $1,000 principal amount. Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1.1428571% for every 1% that it declines beyond 12.5%.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.

The notes are expected to price on Feb. 21.

The Cusip number is 22547QJ56.
