New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $570,000 absolute return barrier securities on Stoxx, EAFE ETF

Chicago, Nov. 30 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $570,000 of 0% absolute return barrier securities due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to the lowest performing of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each underlier finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the worse performing underlier.
If any underlier declines but each underlier finishes at or above the 70% barrier level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the worst performer.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
