New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.2 million digital plus absolute return barrier notes on index, ETF

Columbus, Ohio, April 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.2 million of 0% digital plus absolute return barrier notes due April 5, 2027 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF and the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of each asset is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital return of 64%.

If the final level of the lesser-performing asset is less than the initial level but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 60% of the initial level, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the lesser-performing asset return.

If the final level of the lesser-performing asset is less than the barrier level, the payout will be par minus 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing asset declines from its initial level.
