New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $3.93 million digital plus notes on Euro Stoxx Banks

Buffalo, N.Y., Feb. 28 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3.93 million of 0% digital plus notes due Aug. 25, 2023 linked to the Euro Stoxx Banks index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and the digital return amount of 42%.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the underwriter.
