Chicago, Oct. 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $3,163,000 of 0% Bearish Accelerated Return Equity Securities due Oct. 6, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final level of the index is less than its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the absolute value of the index return, subject to a cap of 19.1%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% gain of the index.
