New Issue: Credit Suisse sells $6.39 million digital buffered notes on S&P 500

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 17 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $6.39 million of 0% digital buffered notes due Oct. 13, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the index finishes at or above 75% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be $1,040.50 for each $1,000 of notes.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.3333% for each 1% decline beyond 25%.
