Morgantown, W.Va., Nov. 2 – Credit Suisse AG priced $363,000 of 0% market-linked notes due April 28, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, capped at 50%.
If the index falls, the payout will be par.
