Credit Suisse to price digital buffered notes linked to S&P 500 index

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Feb. 4 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% digital buffered notes due Aug. 29, 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the index finishes at or above the initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a fixed payment percentage of 21% to 24% that will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 15% and will lose 1% for each 1% index decline beyond the 85% buffer level.

The notes (Cusip: 22546V4E3) are expected to price Feb. 25 and settle Feb. 27.
