Credit Suisse plans contingent coupon autocallables on Advanced Micro

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Dec. 1 – Credit Suisse AG plans to price contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due Dec. 11, 2017 linked to Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 13.25% if each stock closes at or above its barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that quarter.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock finishes below its 70% knock-in level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.

The notes will be called at par if the stock closes above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

Incapital LLC is the placement agent.

The notes will price on Dec. 5 and settle on Dec. 10.

The Cusip number is 22547QYG5.
