Credit Suisse to price accelerated barrier notes on iShares EAFE

Madison, Wis., Dec. 27 - Credit Suisse AG plans to price 0% accelerated barrier notes due Feb. 5, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus at 120% to 125% of the fund return. The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 35% and will be fully exposed to losses if it falls to or below the 65% knock-in level.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
The notes (Cusip: 22547QF92) will price Jan. 31 and settle Feb. 5.
