Credit Suisse to delist, repurchase Cushing MLP Infrastructure ETNs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Nov. 8 – Credit Suisse AG plans to delist and repurchase its Credit Suisse X-Links Cushing MLP Infrastructure exchange-traded notes due April 20, 2020, according to a press release.

Credit Suisse plans to withdraw the New York Stock Exchange Arca listing of the ETNs on or about Nov. 28 in order to repurchase them around Dec. 2. It has the right to repurchase the ETNs in whole if they are not currently listed on a national stock exchange.

Investors will receive a cash payment equal to the daily repurchase value, based on the closing indicative value of the ETNs on the valuation date, which is expected to be Nov. 29.
