New Issue: China's Country Garden prices $75 million add on to five-year notes at 100.915

New York, Sept. 16 - Country Garden Holdings Ltd. priced a $75 million add on to its five-year senior notes (Ba3/BB) at 100.915.

JPMorgan was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.

The original $300 million was priced at par on Sept. 2.

The Hong Kong-based property developer will use the proceeds to fund property projects and construction and for general corporate purposes.
