Country Mutual's Country Bond Fund plans to liquidate in 2013

San Luis Obispo, Calif., July 31 - Country Mutual Funds Trust announced in a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that the board of trustees of the Country Bond Fund has approved the liquidation of the fund.

The fund will liquidate by Dec. 31.

Country Fund Management, a department of Bloomington, Ill.-based Country Trust Bank, serves as the investment adviser to the fund.
