Moody's ups Cott to SGL-3

Moody's Investors Service said it changed Cott Corp.'s speculative grade liquidity rating to SGL-3 from SGL-4.

The company has Caa1 corporate family and probability-of-default ratings. Cott Beverages, Inc. has $275 million 8% senior sub notes due 2011 at Caa2 (LGD 5, 74%).

The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the SGL-3 rating reflects expectation that Cott would likely maintain adequate liquidity over the next 12 months.
