Venezuela's CAF to issue Swiss franc notes due 2024 at mid-swaps plus 50 bps area; pricing Tuesday

Atlanta, Jan. 7 - Venezuela's Corporacion Andina de Fomento (CAF) set talk in the mid-swaps plus 50 basis points area for its minimum CHF 100 million 10-year notes (Aa2/AA-/AA-), a market source said.

UBS is the bookrunner for the deal, which is expected to price Tuesday.

CAF is a lender based in Caracas, Venezuela.
