CoreLogic to start roadshow Monday for $350 million 10-year notes

Portland, Ore., May 6 - CoreLogic Inc. plans to start a roadshow on Monday for a $350 million offering of 10-year senior notes (Ba3/B+), according to a market source.

The deal is set to price on Friday.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Securities LLC and Barclays Capital Inc. are the joint bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The prospective issuer is a Santa Ana, Calif.-based provider of analytics, information and outsourcing solutions for businesses and government.
