Cooperative Computing starts roadshow for $175 million eight-year notes

St. Louis, May 30 - Cooperative Computing, Inc. began a roadshow Friday for $175 million of senior notes due 2011 (B+), according to a market source.

The pricing is expected to take place on June 6, the source added.

JP Morgan is the bookrunner for the Rule 144A offering.

The notes are non-callable for four years.

Cooperative Computing will use proceeds to repurchase shares and repay debt.

The Austin, Texas company provides enterprise systems and information services for the automotive aftermarket.
