Moody's rates Continental Airlines EECTs B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to the class C pass through certificates, series 2012-3 of the 2012-3 pass through trust that Continental Airlines, Inc. will establish.

The proceeds of the certificates will fund the purchase of series C equipment notes with respect to 42 aircraft, 21 each in Continental's previously issued EETCs, series 2012-1 and series 2012-2.
