Atlanta, Oct. 22 - Brazil's Odebrecht Finance gave price guidance in the 6% to 6.4% area for a $450 million tap of its 7 1/8% notes due 2042, a market source said.

BNP Paribas is the bookrunner for the deal.

The notes are guaranteed by Construtora Norberto Odebrecht SA, an engineering, construction, chemical and petrochemical conglomerate based in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil.
