Constellium plans to issue new notes to refinance three note series

Tacoma, Wash., Oct. 30 – Constellium NV plans to price an offering of senior notes and class A ordinary shares, according to a company news release.

The company will use the offering proceeds and cash on hand to fund tender offers for its $425 million 7 7/8% senior secured notes due 2021, €250 million 7% senior notes due 2023 and $400 million 8% senior notes due 2023 and to redeem any notes that remain outstanding after the tender offers, which will end on Nov. 6.

The dealer managers for the tender offers are Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.

Amsterdam-based Constellium makes value-added aluminum products.
