Moody's rates ConocoPhillips CP Prime-1
Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Prime-1 rating for commercial paper to ConocoPhillips CPP Funding LLC's $4.3 billion commercial paper program.
ConocoPhillips CPP Funding is a newly created issuer guaranteed by ConocoPhillips Co.
The outlook is stable.
Proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding borrowing under ConocoPhillips' existing CP program.
