By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, Jan. 9 - Concordia Bus Nordic AB started a roadshow Friday for €125 million of senior secured notes due August 2009 (expected ratings B2/B-), a market source said.

The deal is expected to price late in the Jan. 12 week.

Goldman Sachs & Co. and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering, which has registration rights.

The notes are expected to come with three years of call protection.

The Stockholm, Sweden-based bus operator in Scandinavia plans to use proceeds to repay bank debt.
