Comstock to repay bank credit facility via notes offering proceeds

Norfolk, Va., May 9 - Comstock Resources, Inc. plans to repay outstanding borrowings under its bank credit facility with the proceeds from a senior notes offering, according to a press release.

Comstock is a Frisco, Texas-based independent energy company.
