CSC calls 6½% senior notes due 2018 for redemption on March 17

Chicago, Feb. 16 – CSC said it will redeem all of its outstanding 6½% senior notes due 2018.

The notes will be redeemed on March 17, according to a company press release.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA, formerly known as Bank of New York Trust Co. NA, is the trustee.

CSC is an information technology provider based in Falls Church, Va.
