CGG-Veritas repays $125 million of 9½% notes due 2016

New York, Aug. 21 - Compagnie Générale de Géophysique-Veritas said it redeemed $125 million of its outstanding 9½% notes due 2016 on Wednesday.

The partial redemption was carried out at a price of 104.75% of par plus accrued interest.

Paris-based CGGVeritas is a geophysical services company.
