New Issue: Compagnie de Financement Foncier prices $2 billion covered bonds at Treasuries plus 55.65 bps

New York, April 15 - Compagnie de Financement Foncier sold $2 billion in 2.125% three-year covered bonds on Thursday to yield Treasuries plus 55.65 basis points, an informed source said.
The notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) priced at 99.847 to yield 2.178%. They are non-callable.
Citigroup Global Markets, Barclays Capital, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HSBC Securities and J.P. Morgan Securities were bookrunners.
The unit of mortgage lender Credit Foncier de France SA is based in Paris.
