S&P: No change to Community Health notes

Standard & Poor's said the $200 million increase to Community Health Systems Inc.'s senior note transaction does not impact the issue-level and recovery ratings.

The corporate credit rating is also unchanged.

S&P said the ratings on Community Health reflect its assessment of its business risk profile as fair because of its large, relatively diversified portfolio of hospitals that helps the company manage uncertain reimbursement and spread local market risk over many markets.
