New Issue: Commerzbank sells €500 million 0.75% green senior notes due 2026

New York, Sept. 16 – Commerzbank AG priced €500 million 0.75% green senior notes due 2026 (Ba2/BBB-/BBB) at 99.513 for a 0.861% yield or spread over mid-swaps of 130 basis points on Wednesday, according to a market source.

The notes are non-callable for 4.5 years until March 24, 2025.

Bookrunners were Commerzbank, Danske Bank, ING, Natixis and Santander.

The proceeds will be used for eligible green projects as outlined in Commerzbank’s green framework dated September 2018.

The bonds will be listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

Commerzbank is a banking and financial services company based in Frankfurt.
