Malaysia's CIMB to sell $100 million 10-year notes March 29 week via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, March 29 - Commerce International Merchant Bankers Berhad (CIMB) plans to sell $100 million of 10-year subordinated notes (Ba1//BBB-) during the present week, according to market sources.

Morgan Stanley will run the books.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

The issuer is a Kuala Lumpur-based financial institution.
