Comcast to redeem all $1.01 billion 4.45% notes due 2047

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 7 – Comcast Corp. has elected to redeem all of its $1,005,000,000 of 4.45% senior notes due March 15, 2047 (ISIN: XS1569497107), according to a news release.
The notes will be redeemed at plus accrued interest on March 15, with payment to be made on March 16.
Comcast is a Philadelphia-based telephone, television and internet service provider.
