Comcast and NBCUniversal to redeem $3.85 of notes in four series

Olympia, Wash., Aug. 11 – Comcast Corp. plans to redeem its $1 billion of 3.125% notes due July 15, 2022, $750 million of 2.85% notes due Jan. 15, 2023 and $1.1 billion of 2.75% notes due March 1, 2023 in full, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 10 at their applicable redemption prices plus accrued interest.

In addition, NBCUniversal Media, LLC plans to redeem its $1 billion of 2.875% notes due Jan. 15, 2023 in full at the applicable redemption price plus accrued interest on Sept. 10.

Comcast is a Philadelphia-based telephone, television and internet service provider.
