CombiMatrix reduces the exercise price of warrants to $1.10 per share

Strike prices of warrants were originally $1.97, $2.167 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 13 – CombiMatrix Corp. revised the terms of certain warrants on Oct. 12, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The warrants were issued in a Feb. 18 registered direct offering and an April 29 private placement.

The warrant strike price has been reduced to $1.10 per share.

The registered direct offering warrants originally had an exercise price of $1.97 per share, and the private placement warrants had an exercise price of $2.167 per share.

Based in Irvine, Calif., CombiMatrix is a biotechnology company.
