New York, Jan. 11 - Colombia Goldfields Ltd. said it settled a private placement of stock for $1,875,650.

The company sold 3,126,083 shares at $0.60 each to 20 investors, all of which were foreign investors.

The offering was conducted on a non-brokered basis.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Colombia is a gold exploration company.
