Coffeyville Resources to launch $800 million credit facility Tuesday

New York, June 9 - Coffeyville Resources Inc. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting Tuesday to launch its proposed $800 million credit facility, according to a syndicate document.

Credit Suisse First Boston and Goldman Sachs are joint lead arrangers on the deal.

The facility consists of a $100 million revolving credit facility, a $150 million synthetic letter-of-credit facility, a $275 million term loan B and a $275 million second-lien term loan, with pricing on all tranches still to be determined, the document said.

Proceeds will be used for acquisition financing.

Coffeyville Resources is a Kansas City, Kan., supplier of petroleum and nitrogen fertilizer products.
