Coca-Cola reveals plans to sell five-year and 10-year notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 4 – Coca-Cola Co. intends to offer notes in two tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fixed-rate notes will mature in 2024 and 2029. They may be redeemed at the greater of a make-whole call and a par call.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Coca-Cola is an Atlanta-based beverage company.
