Coca-Cola plans to price offering of notes in five tranches

Knoxville, Tenn., April 29 – Coca-Cola Co. intends to offer notes (A+) in five tranches, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The fixed-rate notes will mature in 2027, 2030, 2040, 2050 and 2060. They may be redeemed at the greater of a make-whole call and a par call.

Barclays, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Santander Investment Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Standard Chartered Bank are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used to repay commercial paper.

Coca-Cola is an Atlanta-based beverage company.
