CNL Lifestyle Properties calls 7¼% senior notes due in 2019 at 103.625

Chicago, May 7 – CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. issued a call last Friday to redeem its 7¼% senior notes due April 15, 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company will redeem the notes at 103.625% of par plus accrued interest to the redemption date of June 1.

The paying agent is Wilmington Trust, NA.

CNL is an Orlando, Fla.-based real estate investment trust.
