By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, March 1 - Condalkin Industries BV started a roadshow Monday for a €170 million offering of 10-year senior notes (B-), according to a market source, who added that the deal will possibly price late in the present week.

Deutsche Bank Securities, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers are joint bookrunners. The notes will be sold via Rule 144A and Regulation S and will have no registration rights.

Proceeds will be used to help fund the €630 million acquisition of Clondalkin by Warburg Pincus from Candover.

Clondalkin is a Dublin, Ireland-based producer of specialty packaging and printing products.
