Clayton County Water, Ga., to sell $66.69 million refunding bonds

New York, April 15 - The Clayton County Water Authority of Georgia is expected to sell $66,685,000 of series 2013 water and sewage revenue refunding bonds during the week of April 15, according to a sales calendar.

The offering includes $17,995,000 of series 2013A bonds and $48.69 million of series 2013B taxable bonds.

The bonds (Aa2) will be sold through Raymond James/Morgan Keegan.

Proceeds from the deal will be used to refund the authority's series 2003 and 2004 bonds for a $7.1 million net present value savings, or 10.6% of refunded principal with no extension of maturities.
