New Issue: Citigroup prices $35 million 0% notes linked to Russell 3000

New York, March 26 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $35 million of 0% index-linked medium-term notes due June 29, 2009 linked to the Russell 3000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

At maturity, holders will receive triple any positive return on the index, capped at 119.4%. Investors will receive par if the final index level is between the initial level and 90% of the initial level. Investors will share in losses beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
